1. Delivery Areas

Fabric Point delivers all across Pakistan. We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified via phone call or SMS before dispatch.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your city and courier service.

  • Remote areas may require additional time.

Please note that delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, or public holidays are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).

  • Free delivery may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order value (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation call or message. Tracking details will be shared if available.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Fabric Point is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery. If the parcel is returned due to non-availability or refusal, Fabric Point reserves the right to cancel future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.
